What we can't do
We hold nobody's card or certificate records, so we can't look up, reissue or verify a card. A PFH certificate is NEHA's: start at NEHA's Professional Food Handler page. A card from another provider or a health department goes back to whoever issued it, and the steps are on what to do about a lost food handlers card.
Questions about your state's rules belong with your state or county health department. We write our state pages from their sites, but they make the rules.
